Nazar Chiropractic Family Health Center Moves to New Location

n June 1, Dr. Tana M. Nazar is moving her chiropractic clinic to a new location at 4915 Derry Street, in Harrisburg, one
block from the current location at old Jacobs Insurance building. In addition to her chiropractic degree, Nazar has completed hundreds of additional hours of postdoctoral studies in nutrition and is a certified chiropractic extremity practitioner (CCEP), a special certification and training in sports and athletic injuries. She also has a certification in the Webster Technique for pregnant women. To celebrate the practice’s 16th anniversary, Nazar is offering a June anniversary month special that includes an exam and two chiropractic adjustments for $99.

Enrollment Open for Bootcamp In The Park
mpact Fitness, a health and wellness com- pany, is accepting enrollment for its upcom- ing six-week Bootcamp in the Park course, held June 23 to July 28, at Reservoir Park, in Harrisburg. A current session is underway and interested participants are encouraged to drop in for a class held Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30 to 7:15 p.m.; and Saturdays, 9:30 to 10:15 a.m.
I Independent Product Consultant Bootcamp in the Park offers instructor-led
workouts in a scenic park setting at a fraction of the cost charged by most gyms or fitness facili- ties. The workouts change on a weekly basis, customized to the session participants’ goals and physical fitness levels. Session participants also receive body composition assessments, before/ after pictures, general nutrition counseling, and support from other class participants and, most importantly, the instructors. Additional sessions will be held August 4 to September 8, and September 15 to October 20.
