These group workshops are led by trained Sacred Pregnancy facilita- tors, Om Baby owner Holly Keich, and Myrriah Raimbault, of Peaceful Birth Haven. Through conversation, jour- naling and art, moms-to-be explore emotions brought on by pregnancy, and honor and celebrate pending mother- hood. A four-week Birth Journey class that can be taken independently is of- fered as a follow-up toward the end of the pregnancy.
