Want to be exposed to a college golf coach and play and practice at the same facilities and stay in college dorms? It can happen. Looking for local camps with top instructors at fantastic facilities? Many are available. Maybe a golf camp where other activities are available fi ts better. Central Virginia is loaded with opportunities for all levels of junior golfers from beginners to competitive tournament participants. Following is a review of some of the camps available. Experienced Professional Instruction Bogeys Sports Park Junior Camps


Instructor: Lynn Myers, Class A PGA Professional since 1995. Lynn is also level 1 certified with the Titleist


Performance Institute, which teaches fitness as it relates to the golf swing. Lynn has been teaching our junior camps for the last 8 years.

Time: 8:30am – 12:00pm Monday through Friday

Instructor/Student ratio: 1:10 Lynn has one assistant instructor with her for each session, with


a maximum of 20 campers per session.

At the end of each camp session, all campers are awarded a Bogeys Junior Camp t-shirt as well as an ID card that entitles them to either a free round of miniature golf or a free small bucket of range balls every day they come out to the park for the remainder of the calendar year.

The summer golf camps are a fun filled four-day event for 2 hours each day. The camps are designed to develop full swing fundamentals and short game skills. We will try to go on the course for some instruction as space allows. Basic rules and etiquette will be included. If you want to learn the game or improve the skills you are already have this is the place to be in this summer. Golfers will be grouped by skill level and age.


Summer Camp Dates: June 18th - 21st June 25th - 28th July 9th - 12th July 16th - 19th August 6th - 9th
