IRO Corner It’s All About the Benjamins: Part III

The Independent Rental Owners hosted another outstanding Dinner Meeting on March 28, attended by over twenty members and guests. Ed Batchelor, President of Trademark Residential, presented Property Management 101, a well rounded topic that included a discussion on resident forms, management styles, readying units and more. The sponsor for the evening was Carolina Restoration Services and the caterer was fellow TAA Associate Member, The Q-Shack. Please join us for the May 16 Dinner Meeting titled, “It’s All about the Benjamins, Part IV.” The discussion will include financing, real estate closings and due diligence for the income producing asset owner.

Join us on Tuesday, May 14, from 5pm – 8pm, at Wild Wing Café in Brier Creek as we host another of our popular TAA’s After Work Networking events. This is a great opportunity for owner/operator and vendor members to come together in a relaxed atmosphere and network. Mark your calendars and invite at least one colleague or a member client to attend with you. See you at Wild Wing Café!

If your company is interested in sponsoring one of these networking opportunities, please contact Vicki Franciosi at vfranciosi@triangleaptassn.org.
