About Your Instructor
As faculty of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), Andy Meador, a Certified Apartment Mainte- nance Technician (CAMT), has been in the apartment industry for over 24 years and has served TAA in numerous capacities. Since 2008, he has been employed with McDowell Properties as their Senior Project Manager responsible for the east coast region which consists of 28 properties and 7,435 units. Andy is a Certified Pool Operator Instructor for the National Swimming Pool Foundation, a proctor for the CFC certification exam, and also instructs portions of the CAPS and CAM, National Apart- ment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) designation pro- grams. Andy currently serves as a Board Member on the Triangle Apartment Association Education Foundation (TAAEF).
