SYMMETRY FESTIVAL 2012 24-26 May 2013Somewhere near Peterborough

s NNF winds itself up for the year in an artful frenzy of activity, the party is just warming up in a secret location in Peterborough, as Symmetry Festival returns for 2013. Less high-brow, and more low-

down-and-dirty, Symmetry represents a wide range of music by underground talent and headline acts over five mind blowing themed stages. Te Live Stage will welcome bands and live acts playing a wide range of music including ska, gypsy, hip hop, rock and indie. Te Clockwork stage introduces electronic dance in its varying art forms; the Psychology Stage is, in Symmetry’s words “A wacky, trippy area playing all forms of psy- trance.”; Te Power Station is going to be hosted by Toxic and Konflict sound systems and Rebel Lion take on hosting duties on the final stage, bringing roots and reggae to the baying masses. It’s recently been announced that Boom Bap, the successful brand and festival in its own right, will be taking over the Live Stage on Friday night, so you can expect Hip Hop of high calibre. Annoucements are being made thick and fast, so do the right thing and get your tickets securely booked, by checking out the links on And as if you needed any further excuse, remember that the day after it all finishes, it’s the second of May’s glorious Bank Holidays – BIG weekends are what bank holidays were made for.
