The Lions Club of Tavistock are organising a new fund raising event at Tavistock College on the afternoon of
Saturday 27th April which it is hoped will attract many local groups to join together and raise funds for their own good causes.

Stilettos 2013 More than a conference, it’s an encounter!
Stilettos is an annual women’s conference born out of passion for women to get together with the purpose of strengthening, encouraging, and adding value to each other. Our vision and hope for Stilettos is that as we gather together as women created by God, through the laughter, joy, and tears, we grow in strength and faith, our lives will be changed and we will see God move in the lives of others. We believe there is power in togetherness that will not only change us, but the world we live in too.
This year Stilettos will be at Tavistock Methodist Church on 20th of April 2013 from 10.30am-4.30pm. We have two international speakers exploring the subject of Dream and Destiny and how to empower women to reach for the impossible and dream big dreams.
