because nobody had told her what she could not do, she fearlessly created delicious cakes that omit what many chefs would consider essential ingredients. It started when a customer gave her a recipe for a wheat-free cake that produced a result she considered inedible. She began experimenting and invented a wheat-free cake that is as tasty as a traditional confection. After sampling half a dozen varieties of cake, the alums buzzed back out to the bus in jolly good spirits. Last stop was Spints
