Classes run by Registered Physiotherapist. £5 per session, Carers/Partners welcome
Meditation for You Kingdon House, Tavistock 7.30pm - 8.45pm
Find an oasis of peace and discover how to develop your inner potential by contemplating fresh lines of reasoning, adopting new hopes and aspirations, and making heartfelt resolutions which bring happiness to self and others. The topic of the night is presented along with a breathing meditation to relax our minds, questions, a guided meditation, discussion and tea and biscuits. Cost: £5 - Drop-in Session, Everyone welcome

Directed by Robins’ former flatmate Russell Howard, the comedian expertly weaves together stories about electric shavers, the comedy circuit and his native Bristol.
