Since the last Growth Point Newsletter in May, there has been a huge amount of activity across all the projects that make up the Exeter and East Devon Growth Point.

As you will see here St Martin’s of Cranbrook welcomed its first pupils in September, the Younghayes Centre is built and we are set to have about 150 homes

complete by Christmas, the Minister for Cranbrook is in post and he and his family will be moving in soon too.

We received great news from Government recently who offered the Growth Point £8 million from their Regional Growth Fund and a further £20 million investment to accelerate building at Cranbrook.

So, the next time you Cllr William Mumford

travel along the B3174 (the ‘old A30’) you’ll be amazed how much is going on and how all these projects are connected.
