firm is run by brothers Ben and Julian Teague, with their mum, Elaine, running the admin side of the business, making it a real family concern. Ben, an experienced carpenter/builder, manages the building side, and Julian, a qualified electrician, is in charge of the electrical side of the business. They employ experienced local tradespeople who have, for the most part, been with them for a number of years. They have


also trained up their own apprentices who have remained with the company after gaining their relevant qualifications and have become an additional asset for the business.


In recent times, the business


has diversified into supplying and installing solar panels - and so far this year has carried out 50 local installations.
