Series One story chassis number?


Loading up the Series was almost an anti-climax, although we had to do it in the rain – fortunately I had brought a large tarpaulin.


The following weekend Dave-H – I said before, not that one, the other one – and I dragged LYE 406 out into the rare sunshine once more and started searching. would have been a shame to have soaked a vehicle that hasn’t seen the light of day for nearly thirty years. Number one son and I set off, taking the A31 this time, rather than the M3 and the Disco was much less sluggish. That EGR valve had been as useless as people say it is.

both my previous Discos had been blanked before I got them.
