How to help your waistline survive the holidays . . . It’s just about time for the wonderful holiday season, the time of


year that part of me looks forward to and part of me dreads. Tis will be my second holiday season since being on Te Biggest Loser and losing 88 pounds. I survived the 2011 holiday season and I’m still wearing the same size I did going in. So I thought I’d share some of my thoughts as I get mentally geared up for this season. Here are seven tips that have worked for me that I will be following this year:
