Level 3 Diploma in Painting


and Decorating You will further develop skills that you gained at Diploma level 2, studying new knowledge and skills in surface preparation, painting, paperhanging and basic specialist fi nishes at a higher level than the previous course. There are class-based technology and theory lessons. You will be working from height on access equipment and will come into contact with oil and water-based materials. You will need to have and wear correct Personal Protective Equipment at all times.


Entry requirements: Level 2 Diploma in Painting and Decorating and a good command of English (GCSE grade A-E).


Possible next steps: Employment or further construction qualifi cations.
