Introduction to Academic Publishing Brief outline:
This workshop will reflect on the techniques, methods and etiquette of academic publishing. Areas covered will include writing academic book reviews, developing research papers for publication, approaching journals and academic publishers, revising and preparing the PhD thesis for publication as a monograph or a series of journal papers, and submitting a manuscript as well as familiarising researchers with the peer- review process.
