Safer Lifting and Manual Handling Training Target audience:


Any member of staff who handle loads as part of their work duties and any staff who value their back.


Brief Outline:


This workshop will demonstrate safe manual handling techniques in the workplace in relation to the movement of objects and equipment, to help minimise the risk to yourself and others.

Health and Safety Risk Assessment Target audience:


Departmental Health and Safety co-ordinators or staff required to undertake risk assessments.


Brief outline:


Provide an understanding of the Health and Safety risk assessment process and to enable ‘suitable and sufficient’ risk assessment to be completed confidently.
