E-Recruitment What is it?


E-recruitment provides a fully automated process for recruitment, from selection through to appointment; candidates apply online, allowing recruiting managers to process applications electronically.


Who needs access?


The system is also used for staff contract changes so it is essential for anyone involved in staff recruitment, managing staff and interviewing to have access.


How do I get access? To gain access, please complete a ‘Request for Access’ form available from the E-recruitment link on StaffNET

VT2000/VTS - Sessional Staff Payments System What is it?


VT2000 and VTS is the University system which administers contracts and payments for Academic Sessional staff, eliminating the need for paper timesheets. Claims will only be accepted if submitted via the VTS system.


Who needs access?


All Academic Sessional staff paid on an hourly/fee basis and Professional Service Staff involved in the administration of sessional contracts and payments.


How do I get access?


New Sessional Staff should liaise with their department administrator for an introduction to the VTS system. Guidance can also be found on the HR & OD webpages. New administrators requiring access to VT2000 should ask their Head of Department to email HR & OD to request this.
