Understanding Behaviour


Brief outline: Transactional Analysis (or TA as it is often called) is a model of people and relationships developed in the 1960s by Dr. Eric Berne, useful in helping us understand why people act or respond as they do in certain situations.


This session introduces participants to TA and explores ways in which staff can enhance communication skills.
