A LITTLE ABOUT THE OLYMPICS


How would


Misty May-Treanor was born and raised in Santa Monica. At the age of 8 Misty played in her first beach volleyball tournament. Treanor then attended Long Beach State. While in college, Misty was awarded NCAA player of the year, The Top Female Athlete, and Most Outstanding Player in many championship games. She was nominated to play in London for the 2012 Summer Olympics. Misty has more wins than any other volleyball player. Treanor is now coaching at Irvine Valley College.
