LONDON’S BOMBAY PALACE OPENS AFTER MAJOR REVAMP

A

The Marble Arch restaurant Bombay Palace has reopened after a massive refurbishment in June. Highlights of the new look include bold lighting features, glossy dark wood and deep purple fabrics to offset the crisp white linen at every table. Behind the scenes, there has also been a significant makeover with the installation of a state-of-the-art kitchen.

Originally opened in 1981, the Bombay Palace now has eight branches around the world, including New York, Kuala Lumpur, Beverly Hill and Toronto. It has built its name on tandoori specialties featuring marinated poultry, meats and vegetables all grilled in a clay oven.
