committed staff plan and prepare activities with a holistic approach.

I TRAINED to be a yoga teacher with the Devon School of Yoga, a member of The Independent Yoga Network.

The Devon School of Yoga teaches a holistic approach, including meditation, breathing exercises, relaxation and mantra as well as a pragmatic approach to the teaching of asana or postures that is not constricted by one specific style.

Yoga aims to exercise both body and mind through practicing postures, breath control and meditative techniques. Regular practice of Yoga can be both relaxing and energising; making you stronger and more supple. It can also lead to a more focused mind and a greater sense of inner well-being.
