July 5, 2012 — Canadian Olympic Team Grows Stronger with 19 more ath- letes nominated to 2012 Roster On July 5th, 19 rid- ers and their equine part- ners were welcomed into the elite ranks of the Cana- dian Olympic Team as Equine Canada nominated the athletes who would represent Canada in the sports of Dressage, Event- ing and Jumping in London this summer.


“I am extremely excited to have been cho- sen to represent Canada at my 10th Olympic Games”, said Ian Millar. “I am very proud of the Team that has been chosen by Equine Canada and Jump Canada to represent Show Jumping at this year’s Olympic Games in London. I believe we will do Canada proud”.

Equestrian Showcase At The 152nd Annual Caledon Fair

June 8, 9 and 10th, 2012 Caledon Fairgrounds Horse power was the star of the show for the 152nd annual Caledon Fair, held June 8th through 10th at the Caledon fairgrounds. All shapes, sizes and equine activities were showcased at one of Ontario’s oldest annual fairs, which was generous- ly sponsored by Trailcon Leasing.
