ed 13 yearsago by Elaine, herself an ex-competitive swimmer. Her love,passion and drive


for the sportare what inspire the innovative teaching meth- ods of the school. The Swim School, now well


established and successful, provides high quality teaching in asafe and well organised environment. The teaching methods have


been designed to help your child swim efficiently and effortlessly followingthe A.S.A National Swim Plan and through the school’striedand tested methods. With its in the water unrivalled pupil to


teacher ratios, parents can be assuredtheir little ones arecompletely safe. During your child’sweekly sessions train-


ers will instil confidence to develop astrong and efficient swimmer with techniquetobe admired. All of Elaine’steachers have come from a


swimming background and have been associated with Elaine from avery young age. Many have been taught to swim by Elaine to acompetitive standardand pro- gressedthrough Elaine’sguidance onto assistants and then qualifiedteachers. The teachers areall A.S.A. qualified, CRB


checked, fullyinsured, hold teacher rescue certificates, RLSS lifeguardqualifications and First Aid trained. Elaineconsiders the swim school


Teachers to be her extended family,made up of dads and daughters, brothers and sis- ters and even her own sons. Teachers arecarefully select-


ed by Elaine for theirprofes- sionalism, enthusiasm and


passion for teaching. Parents have sung theirpraises about the


school with one saying how easythe teach- ers made it for theirchild to get back into the waterafter abad experience. Another said she had enrolledher children


in many swim schools beforebut the progress was slow. They then joined Elaine’sSwim School


and haven’tlooked back. Others have described the school as


‘dedicated’, ‘friendly’ ‘helpful’and ‘fun’ Lessons areavailable six days aweek in


the Upminsterand Ockendon area for chil- dren from three yearstopre-competition swim enthusiasts. Youcan call the office every day except
