tle, pigs and horses on displayand competing. The main ring this year hosts adisplaybyThe Devil’s Horsemen –they will be jousting and showing us all their death-defying stunts on horseback. Their team are used in
manyofthe television and film recordings made in this country. There will also be a sheepdogtrials and a vintage tractor display. The spectacular Grand
Parade of prize-winning animals at 3pm in the Main Ring. The KC-registered dog showisaspectacle with
dogs of all shapes and sizes competing forthe manycoveted awards –if youwould like to enter, please contact Mr and Mrs Pask 01656 863162. Forboth those of you
who are serious and the novice gardeners there are manycompetitions to enter in the horticultural show–ring Mrs Griffin 01446 711282 forasched- ule.
The home produce ladies would love to hear from anyone who would like to enter their compe- titions in needlework, art, photography and baking, to name but a few–ring Mrs Lewis on 01443 225282. We are very happy to welcome backthe bee- keepers with their stand as well as the sheep shearing and wool spin- ners and weavers –our agricultural marquee
will again house Daisy the cow, who can be milked...! There is alarge craft marquee with many unusual hand-made crafts –manyideal as Christmas presents. There is also alarge shopping mall forsmall individual traders not usually seen on the High Street. The food hall is full of fabulous temptations, with unusual cakes, cider,cheeses and chut- neys,toname but afew. There are more than
