By Liam Nolan, Viva! Youth Liaison

It is great to hear from young people who love animals and love supporting Viva! – so we were delighted to be contacted by Amy, aged eight, from Milton Keynes, who told us her story. Amy is a Viva! Activist and a

proud veggie, who helps spread the cruelty-free message by taking Viva! stickers to school to share with her classmates. She says: “My Dad fell in love

with DooDoo my hamster and became a vegan and I became vegetarian. My Dad is very proud of me being a vegetarian and I feel very healthy. I also belong to Milton Keynes Athletics Club and my Dad is a member of Vegan Runners. We both have medals and love helping animals and supporting Viva!.” Are you a Viva! Activist? Would you like to tell us what you do to help animals and spread the veggie message? Liam would love to hear from you. Email him or write to him at Viva!, 8 York Court, Wilder Street, Bristol BS2 8QH, or send us a message on Facebook!.

These little treats are now available from the Viva! shop
