HMS Apollo, Belize 1986: AN. Mitchell


is trying to obtain photographs of a Puma helicopter landing on the fo'c'sle of HMS Apollo on January 14, 1986. The incident occurred as Apollo departed Belize, unable to wait for the loading of some large crates of equipment. The cases could not be delivered to the flight deck as they were too large to be transferred through the ship to the bow. where they were required.
