Put $12.7 million in grants and scholarships to work helping people.

Awarded $925,578 in scholarships to help 352 students pay for college.

Welcomed 21 new members to the Legacy Society for Hampton Roads, which honors people with plans for future bequests to the community foundation.

Received more than $11 million in gifts from 413 individuals, families, businesses and organizations.

Welcomed 16 new charitable funds ranging in size from $25,000 to $1 million –
