Welcome Back! Bellini Footwear Opens Again
Bellini Footwear has been situated at 578 Clarkston Road for 25 years so when Sal and Susie Khoudary announced their retirement last year, local mum Elaine Osborn felt it was a big loss to the local community.
Elaine has now re-opened Bellini giving it a fresh new look while continuing to offer the same quality continental brands including Geox, Lelli Kelly, Superfi t, Primigi, Richter, Petasil, Bo-Bell and POD, at the same competitive pricing. Bellini now also sell Crocs, canvas shoes ideal for nursery classes, Robeez pram shoes ideal for pre-walkers and Pex
tights and socks for back to school.
Nadia Khoudary, the Manager of Bellini for 7 years before it closed, is still working in the shop helping Elaine maintain the same experienced and personalised fi tting service that helped make Bellini one of the leading childrens footwear stores in Glasgow. Catering for all children from tots through to teens, Bellini has a fi tting service for shoes from a baby size 2 up to an adult size 11 in a range of width fi ttings.
With 10% off all summer stock and further discounts to loyalty card members, there are plenty of reasons to pop along and visit Bellini today.
Abbey Takes To The Woods
Children from Abbey Nursery have been taking advantage of the good and ‘could be better’ weather, packing their bags and taking to the woods to explore the very best of nature. This natural playground gives children the opportunity for exploration and discovery and teaches them about risk and responsibility. And with so much space to roam children’s imaginations take over and they can set the agenda for the day. This could be collecting sticks for a den or a few small four legged friends to play with; hiding under stones or climbing up and over logs. Over the summer we hope to spend more time in the woods and learn more about our local environment.
This month we held the
graduation
celebration for our pre schoolers who are moving onto a number of local schools and we were very proud to hear how excited they are about what they want to learn at school.
Over the years we have
developed
strong relationships with the children and their families and wish them well in the future.
