BRITAIN’S No.1 Loft Conversion Company
COOL KITCHENS
Need more room to grow?
Whatever your reason for wanting more space, Econoloft have the answer.
A great attraction to using your loft space is it’s already there, a traditional extension uses up valuable space outside your home, and could also cost a lot more. A loft conversion not only gives you extra space, it also adds value to your home.
With over 30 years of loft conversion experience and more than 8,000 satisfied customers, Econoloft offer a service beyond comparison.

Large or small, kitchens are not just for cooking anymore. They are often the focal point of the home. We all want a kitchen that is functional and looks good, but they should also be designed to be energy effi cient and to reduce water consump- tion. This provides substantial long term cost savings as well as being eco-friendly. Changing the look of your kitchen doesn’t need to be expensive. If your layout works and the framework is sound, update your colour or style with new cupboard doors or worktops, saving your money to spend on appliances. Always install the very best you can afford and choose appliances with high energy effi ciency ratings, as this saves running costs and they should last longer.
BETTER, BEAUTIFUL BATHROOMS Every day 60 million people in the UK each use roughly 150 litres of water a day. If left unchecked, this would leave water companies and future generations with a big problem! It’s no surprise that bathrooms are a huge drain on our water supplies. We have over 40 million toilets consuming 270million litres of water a day. Power showers can use 20 litres of water a minute, compared with 5 litres for the average shower.
So a bathroom’s water conservation performance is vital. Fortunately, bathroom manufacturers are tackling the problem with a certifi cation-labelling scheme high- lighting the best products to use including baths, showers, taps and toilets (
www.water-label.eu/ ). Go and visit some showrooms to check the quality and effi ciency of the products you are buying. Space is another major consideration. While we would all prefer large bathrooms, this is often not possible. So with space at a premium, designers are producing clever products which are smaller, save water and space, and still look fantastic. Whether it’s building work, plumbing, electrical or decorating, make sure you get three quotes from different, reliable sources. Compare them carefully, ask to see examples of their work and don’t forget, the cheapest may not be the best!
