Being at a match at a weekend, seeing all of the hard work put in through the week culminating in a fantastic event.
3. What was your first Saturday job? I had a paper round as a teenager. 4. Describe your ideal job?
I would like to say a professional rugby player, but having seen them training in dire weather conditions I couldn’t see myself enjoying that! Managing a portfolio of engineering and sport is probably more realistic.

Being able to see improvements in companies over a short space of time which I know will have an impact for years to come.

The easy answer would be the late Steve Jobs. He took some pretty wacky ideas and made them into an impressive business.

Karren Brady’s autobiography. She had a lot of hurdles to overcome and her account of it was very honest and inspirational.

I sail and cycle whenever I get the chance (although with the recent weather, it has not been quite so relaxing!)

The last Harry Potter film with my children. We all enjoyed it but were sad to see it all end.
