Making a Bold Statement...

ou have probably seen in all the magazines and newspapers that the summer trend this year is abstract print and splashes of neon.

Word is we are going very tribal this summer season. Next time you are in town check out the High Street you be amazed by this seasons fabrics and colours hitting us ladies. Iʼm still loving the neon colours, pinks, yellows, orange and lime greens. Regardless of your age the neon colours not only look rather sophisticated but with layers can make us look slightly slimmer, try it out. Iʼm a big fan of Marks and Spencerʼs Per Una Paisley Print Tunic Dress £39.50, team it up with high heels. I strongly recommend Asos.com who have the most amazing heels that are absolutely to die for and very affordable.

Now for all you trendies, lace is also big this season. Yes you heard it right – lace! Iʼm loving the lace pencil skirt at very.com with little lace socks and killer heels itʼs very bang on trend for SS2012.

The bold ethnic patterns and exotic animal prints from Donna Karan to Primark are a “must have” this season. If youʼre not into this style you will definitely love the necklaces, scarves and even the bags in African prints. These will enhance all outfits making small statements that are out there right now.
