Tempe Improv owner found dead in Buckeye

A helicopter rescue was ordered Monday after a Rainbow Valley-area woman was thrown from a horse and hit her head on a rock, authorities said. was born May 17, 1962, in Geneva, Ill., to Leonard and Lillie. He moved to Buckeye in June 1972. He worked in restaurants as a cook all over the West Valley and most recently in the kitchen at Lewis Prison. He is survived by one son, Shawn; and one sister, Lila Swift of Buckeye.

As a precaution and given the nature of the injury, a medical helicopter was called to transport the woman to a Valley hospital for treatment, Alexander said. The victim, described by Alexander as in her 50s, later was released. The name of the woman was not released.

Tiffany; his parents, Gerald and Lila of Buckeye; two sisters, Mary of Buckeye and Hope of Goodyear; and his grandparents, Ralph and Orlene.
