Sunday 29th July Funday Fete – 1pm-6pm, Mill Marsh Park. A great family day out.
Monday 30th July Bingo – Bovey Tracey Town Hall. Doors open 7pm.
Tuesday 31st July Sports day – Organised in conjunction with Bovey Tracey Football Club
Wednesday 1st August Quiz Night – The Dolphin Hotel. 7.30pm.
Thursday 2nd August Skittles, The Dolphin Hotel. 7.30pm.

Interpub Challenge and band in the Square outside The Cromwell Arms. 8pm til late.

BOVEY Tracey Carnival has been a yearly event that in the past has been the highlight of the year. However, recently due to the economic times, it has suffered. That is all about to change. This year a new committee has been working hard to bring back all the much-loved events of carnival week and improve the procession. Headed by the chairman, Rob Petit, the carnival is set to comeback with a bang. With various new committee members and volunteers that have stepped forward this year, it can be the community highlight once
more.
The original procession route has been reinstated except this year we will be starting from East Street at 6pm on Saturday, August 4, and proceed down through town, up round Brimley and finishing in Mill Marsh Park with fireworks later in the evening.
