Bovey Tracey Swimming Pool
THE Bovey Tracey Swimming Pool is a beautifully heated open air pool with sun terrace and spectator area, disabled facilities and toddler pool. Refreshments are available to be enjoyed after your swim in the adjoining park.
Other activities include children’s swimming clubs, swimming lessons, lifesaving, ladies’ night, lane swimming and early morning swim sessions.
The pool is run by the Bovey Tracey Swimming Pool Association, registered charity number 300773, with the help of more than 80 local volunteers.
Community Centre HEATHFIELD
HEATHFIELD Community Centre in Cannon Road, Heathfield, is available as a venue for activities, events, meetings and family parties.
The committee of this charitable organisation, and their volunteers, ensure the centre is kept in good order for the use of the local
community. A variety of groups use the centre on a regular or occasional basis. On the ground floor is a hall and small room for hire and now a refurbished upstairs area is available with lift access. There are kitchen facilities on each floor. The centre has free on-site parking for more
than 20 vehicles and the building is fully accessible. If you are looking for a venue on a regular basis or for a one-off event and you would like more details or would like to visit the centre to see the space available, either write phone or emial to the information printed below.
