CRMC and MGMC are also recipients of the American

Heart Association / American Stroke Association’s Get with the Guidelines-Stroke Achievement Awards. The awards recognize the medical centers’ ensuring stroke patients receive treatment according to nationally accepted protocols and recommendations. The two centers maintained 12 continuous months at or above 85% compliance with the requirements of the Get with the Guidelines–Stroke program. In addition to earning the prestigious Silver Quality Achievement Award, Mercy Gilbert achieved the “plus” designation. This signifies that the facility achieved 75% or better compliance with six of the 10 Get with the Guidelines-Stroke Quality Measures during that same time period.

Benjamin Franklin, The Punctual Plumber is one of only

75 companies nationwide to be named a Blue Ribbon Small Business Award winner by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The awards were presented recently at the Small Business Summit in Washington, DC. Benjamin Franklin is the only Arizona company to receive this honor. The awards program, sponsored by Sam’s Club, honors companies that demonstrate excellent business practices in several areas, including strategy, employee development, community involvement and customer service. The plumbing company is acknowledged for its contributions to restoring the economy and their personal dedication to America’s free enterprise system. The U.S. Chamber’s award is the latest recognition in a growing list of accolades received by Ben Franklin, The Punctual Plumber in 2012. Val Hill and Jared Lee of Chandler are top Team Leaders of

the Year following awards at the recent Sport Clips National Huddle in Orlando, FL. Hill and Lee were runners-up for the top honor last year. When asked about their success, Hill says the secret of their success is “making sure that every client has a great experience when he walks in the door. Our unofficial motto is the ‘20 minute vacation.’ That’s what we want to provide to every client, every time.” Hill and Lee own nine of
