This event is sanctioned by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc. $20.00 per athlete. This includes athletes on relays and alternates.
All entries must be received before June 13, 2012 deadline. NO EXCEPTIONS! NONE
All participants must have a current AAU membership. AAU membership may not be included as part of the entry fee to the event. AAU membership must be obtained before the competition begins except where the event operator has a laptop available with an internet connect. Participants are encouraged to visit the AAU web site

All athletes must be able to present their 2012 AAU membership number at the time of Coach O online registration. All relay teams must present current 2012 AAU Club code at the time of Coach O online registration.
The 2012 AAU National Qualifier Area 24 Track and Field Championship has online registration for the meet. Youmust also pay your entry fees online as well, so you will need a credit card. Entries are not valid until payment is made. Go to
http://coachoregistration.com/cgi-bin/login.pl?cd=ca_aaunq24 to begin the registration process. Registration for the meet will be available from Monday, April 23, 2012 untilWednesday, June 13, 2012. All entries must be received before June 13, 2012 deadline. NO EXCEPTIONS! In track and field, a competitor in the Primary, Sub-Bantam, Bantam, Sub-Midget or Midget Divisions may enter a maximum of three (3) events per competitor, including relays. Competitors in the Sub-Youth, Youth, Intermediate, or Young Men's/YoungWomen's age divisions may enter a maximum of four (4) events per competitor, including relays. These event limitations include relays, but do not include multi-events. Entry in a relay, either as a principal or an alternate member, will be considered an entry for the purpose of this rule. Those athletes who qualify in certain events for National Championshipmeets are eligible to compete in only those events during the applicablemeet.

jackierobinson@ymca.org. All clerical changes (spelling, team, gender, DOB) will be made at no charge. All changes related to events and relay teams will be allowed with a $10 fee per change. TO FIX MISTAKES AT CHECK-IN: All clerical changes (spelling, team, gender, DOB) will be made at $5 per athlete. All changes related to events and relay teams will be allowed with a $15 fee per change. All late payments must be made in cash.

Check-in for all athletes and coaches participating in the 2012 AAU Area 24 National Qualifier Track & Field Meet will be held at the San Ysidro High School. Hours of operation on Saturday and Sunday will begin at 7:00am. All participants must check-in prior to competition. Races and events will not be held up for athletes checking in.
No charge for parking. The 2012 AAU Area 24 Track and Field Championships parking will be on a first come first serve basis. Trainer services will be available. We will have the safety personnel on site for emergencies.
Spectator Fee: Spectator Fee’s will be as follows: Admission $5.00. Children 3 and Under FREE. Fluids:
No water will be provided to athletes, so please plan accordingly.
The average high temperature in San Diego during the month of June is in the mid 80’s with low humidity. Restroom facilities will be available at the venue.
Competitor wrist bands will be issued at athlete check in. All athletes are required to wear wrist bands at all times. Hip numbers will be issued at clerk of course and will be required for all running event competitors in their event. Will be located on the fields outside of the stadium.
