FUND REQUESTS: George Thomas made a motion,


seconded by Don Hicks to approve replacement of four (4) Palo Verde Pro Shop replacement rental golf carts at a cost of $13,305.20 from A-1 Golf Carts. Motion approved unanimously. PV GATE RESERVE FUND: None CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND

the 2012-2013 Board Meeting schedule. Changes were explained on two dates on the schedule, for the October and December monthly Board Meetings. Motion carried unanimously. Don Hicks made a motion, seconded


by George Thomas, to approve a study recommended by the Facilities and Grounds Committee of the fi tness facilities to determine the best course of action for future improvement. The approximate cost would be $5,000. Four voted in favor, two opposed. Motion carried. Woody Neiman made a motion,


seconded by Bob Spruiell, to approve item numbers 1, 3 and 5 only (1 - $60k, 3 - $40k and 5 - $30k) from the year 2012 on the 2012-16 5YP that was adopted by the Board on October 26, 2011. Motion carried unanimously. Bud Jenssen made a motion, seconded

on and discussed: Fitness center study being done in house


or outside. A thank-you to the Board for their


approval of the Fitness Center study (two comments). Co-ed fi tness center. Approval of the new format of the


monthly fi nancial report but misses the current month information. Special Assessment information still on
