Simple Oriental Spinach From Riverford Organic Serves 4


Ingredients:


1 very large bunch fresh spinach, shredded 1 garlic clove, sliced 1 tbsp olive oil Soy sauce, to taste





Heat the oil in a large pan, add the shredded spinach and garlic and stir fry until wilted. Serve sprinkled with soy sauce. Great with grilled fish.
