CHICKS Offers Supporters the Chance to Win up to £1,500 a Week in New Lottery!

The Devon-based children’s charity, CHICKS, is offering its supporters the chance to win up to £1,500 every week simply by taking part in its new weekly lottery. Entering a draw costs just £1 and each week 32 winners will be drawn at random with a first prize of £1,000, a second prize of £200 and 30 runners up sharing a further £300. The draw will take place on a weekly basis and all profits will go directly to help the work of the charity which provides free respite breaks for disadvantaged children from around the UK.

Tom O’Connell, Events and Lottery fundraiser for CHICKS says, “This is a great way for people to support the work that we do. Not only do people have a much higher chance of winning than if they play the national lottery but they also have the satisfaction of knowing that regardless of whether they win or not, they are helping disadvantaged children from across the country.” This year CHICKS is celebrating its 20th anniversary and, since its creation in 1992, has provided free respite breaks for over 9,000 children from a variety of backgrounds. Many

have been abused, live in poverty, or have been neglected. Others live in care or are themselves young carers, often bearing the extraordinary responsibility of caring for disabled or terminally ill relatives. Anyone over the age of 16 can take part in the lottery and people can register now to take part in the first draw which will take place on 1st June. As an added incentive, the first 1000 people to register will be entered into a prize draw to win a pair of CHICKS Ball tickets worth approximately £45 each.
