the Classic Experience As part of the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resourc- es, Ontario Parks protects more than 330 provincial parks, providing access to some of the province’s most outstanding outdoor recreation opportunities.
Year aſter year, people visit Ontario provincial parks to hike along nature trails, dip their paddles in lakes and rivers, relax on sandy beaches and sit around campfires gazing up at the stars. For many, thoughts of Ontario Parks bring back fond memories of spending quality time with family and friends. For others, this year may be their first experience in a provincial park and they look forward to creating their own memories of hiking to the tops of mag- nificent lookouts, paddling to ancient pictograph sites or taking in the night sky undimmed by city lights.
Whether you are a first-time visitor or a seasoned regular, it’s time to gather your family and friends to plan a truly unique outdoor adventure for 2012.
