All tickets are personalised with the names of the individual
groups, and sales continue through until the end of October. If you are asked to buy a ticket, please help the groups raise the funds they need. You could win one of the fabulous major prizes on offer, or one of the other smaller cah prizes.

Teignmouth Shopmobility
TEIGNMOUTH Shopmobility is a voluntary community group providing independence in mobility for the less able. Anyone with a temporary or permanent disability, whether through illness, age or accident can use the service. Powered scooters, wheelchairs and manual wheelchairs are available for use by anyone with a mobility problem and are available subject to a £2 deposit.
As with most charities, Teignmouth Shop- mobility relies heavily on donations and is especially grateful to all the help it receives from local authorities and organisations. The introduction of Gift Aid is also helping to increase the generous donations given by the people who use the equipment. The scheme is operated from the small
Manual wheelchairs can be hired for longer periods at £3 per day (£20 per week). Booking for period hire is essential in view of its popularity during the holiday season. Full training is given to anyone who has not used the equipment before. The equipment is ideal for getting about the wheelchair friendly town and visits to the local attractions can be done in a convenient way.
