East Balloch Farm Cottage stands in the midst of beautiful countryside with views to the hills behind. There are attractive, secluded and enclosed gardens to front and rear and plenty of off road parking.


The spacious house can accommodate nine people in comfort, plus a further two on a bed settee (charge). The house has been modernised and refurbished to a very high standard. The large country kitchen has an oil-fi red Rayburn and additional electric cooker. There is a comfortable sitting room with wood burner and French doors to the garden, a family/dining room, snug with open fi re, fi ve bedrooms and three bathrooms, one en suite.


The local area provides superb opportunities for walking and cycling. Nearby Glen Clova stretches right up to the edge of the Cairngorm National Park. Excellent fi shing and shooting are available locally. Bed linen and the fi rst £30 of each of oil-CH and electricity are INCLUDED in the rental and towels may be hired. One well behaved pet is welcome by arrangement (there is a kennel with enclosed dog run). Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
