FENCING TOOLS
The tools that you choose to use for your project will help to make the job easier and faster. RAMM carries a full line of tools for flex, electric, braid, tape, wire or PVC fenc- ing. We suggest having a basic tool set so that when you do your periodic fence checks, you can make any neces- sary repairs immediately. Over time this is the best way to avoid any unnecessary expenses from abuse or excessive wear. You might even like to "ride" your way around your fence, as you check it! Get the benefit of time with your horse while you check out your fencing!
With coated wire fence, the spinning jenny is one of the most useful tools you can use. The roll of fence sits on the frame and unwinds as you walk your coated wire fence down the post line. Unwinding coated wire is necessary in order to not kink the wire - which can potentially weaken it. The spinning jenny is like an extra set of helping hands during your installation!
