List open for buyers at luxury
development
A£1.4m development in Penarth by Castleton-based Richard Hayward is available for prospective buyers to register interest in. The development is at Beachcliff, a
historic Edwardian property on Penarth Esplanade. Sales agents Savills have opened the list to allow prospective buyers to register their interest in the new homes for the first time. Designed by Cardiff-based John
Wotton Architects, the project will create four luxury seafront homes – ranging in size from 4,500 sq ft to 8,500 sq ft –each offering an unrivalled views across the Bristol Channel. Developer Richard Hayward and his
wife Karen Athay, who are behind the Beachcliff scheme, have retained one of the residences. Richard Hayward said: “The
