Traditional roast turkey served with all the trimmings and a sage and cranberry gravy

Praline parfait with a dark chocolate sauce and seasonal berries served in a brandy snap basket
Traditional Christmas pudding with warm brandy sauce and vanilla ice cream
Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce
Selection of Scottish cheeses with Arran oatcakes and onion chutney
Pan fried sea bass fillet sat on wilted spinach, saffron fondant potato and a dill cream sauce
Wild mushroom, asparagus and red onion with an oak smoked cheddar gratin served with fondant potato and seasonal vegetables
