Road trip

519 residents have come along to our road shows so far through the events, with 135 attending our most recent three road shows. We’ve still got more events to come so look out for one near you!

We were happy that a number of Ward Councillors joined us, and the Deputy Mayor attended the Lancaster West road show and spoke to our residents. The road shows are a great opportunity for residents to meet with our staff and discuss any housing issues you have, you can also sign up to a range of free training events or to take part in consultation activities. We held road shows at Balfour of Burleigh (11 April); and

Broadwood Terrace, Chesterton Square, Ingelow House, Orpen House, Tor Court and Campden Houses Compact (19 April). Thanks to all those who came to speak with us, you can see pictures from these events online.

UPDATE: ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

As part of the review of our antisocial behaviour (ASB) service we held two focus groups for residents to talk about how we can improve the service. One of the topics for discussion has been about what residents can expect when they report ASB, we will: • Arrange to see you in the office or carry out a home visit to discuss your concerns.

• Work with other agencies such as the police, environmental health,

social services to resolve the issue.

• Refer you to other agencies for extra support, help and advice if needed.

• Act quickly to address the issue with the perpetrator.

• Inform you of the progress of the case.

• Support residents who give evidence in court.

Carry out satisfaction surveys once a case has closed.

THIS YEAR We assisted residents with 453 cases of antisocial behaviour in their areas. 71% of residents have been satisfied

with the outcome of their case.

We will be holding another focus group in May and want to continue working with residents to make sure we are delivering the best service possible. If you would like to be involved or would like more information please contact Business Improvement Manager Annabel Davidson: adavidson@kctmo.org.uk 020 8206 7547
