Just as this issue goes to press, I have returned from a two-day trip to Cologne, Germany, to visit Anuga Food Tec at the never-ending venue known as Koelnmesse. Now, I


have been to some big trade shows whilst I have been your humble Editor, but nothing prepared me for the sheer size and magnitude of this show. It.Was. Huge. I mean, some stands were the size of a football pitch! But this just shows how our amazing industry continues to grow, and whilst I hear of trade shows in other industries dwindling, it’s great to see that ours can come together to create an event that showcases its scope
