The Duzzit Wet Glove – a disposable cleaning wipe – has been launched as part of 151 Products’ popular Duzzit household range, which offers 100 products in a variety of trigger sprays, wipes and other cleaning materials. The fast action Duzzit Wet Glove is suitable for multiple uses throughout the home – perfect for wiping away grime on everything from sinks to work surfaces. It has been categorised into three separate functional product ranges: bathroom, furniture and glass and mirror. The range will be available with an RRP of £1.49 at multiple retailers across the UK.

EXPRESS RANGE Riso Gallo has launched a convenient express product to complement its premium range of classic and easy cook rices. Riso Gallo Risotto Expresso allows consumers to create a risotto in just two minutes – ideal for those who like good food, quickly, without compromising on quality or taste. According to Riso Gallo, risotto has experienced a resurgence in popularity recently and market value sales of Riso Gallo risotto rice were up 6 per cent year on year (to end Dec 2011). The new Expresso range includes three flavours; Funghi (mushroom), Quattro Formaggi (four cheese), and Fantasia Di Verdure (vegetable medley). Each 250g pack contains no artificial colourings or preservatives, no MSG and is gluten free. The packs are sold in Sainsbury’s and have an RRP of £2.19.

GOING UPMARKETWITH A CHROME VARIANT Molson Coors’ new addition to the Carling family, Carling Chrome, is now available off-trade. The lager, which has been in the trade since July last year, is a crisp lager, precision brewed for a refined taste at 4.8 per cent ABV. According to Molson Coors, Carling Chrome is a refined premium lager where the subtle rounded bitterness of the hops balances the malty sweetness of the barley & wheat to deliver a beer with a light and highly refreshing taste. The aroma is dominated by fruit characters, with green and red apple coming through along with a subtle pear drop character. Subtle malty and biscuit aromas can also be detected. Marketing support, led by Molson Coors with VCCP Blue, will be focused initially on raising awareness and driving trial of the brand. The launch will be supported with outdoor advertising, followed up with TV advertising to further raise awareness. Carling Chrome is available as a packaged product in a clear 330ml bottle, sold in the off-trade in units of four and 12. The off-trade recommended retail sales price is £4.49 for the 4x330ml pack and £13.49 for the 12x330ml.
