Be restored Schroeder will lead a class 3:30 to 5 p.m. Sun., May 20, beginning with gentle poses to open the body, preparing for poses that are held a little longer, offering a passive stretch. Many poses will use props to help support the body. The class will end with an extended Savasana. This class is helpful for reducing stress, recovering from an illness or reducing jetlag.
