That’s just what Whitewing residents Rambha and Satyendra Singh offer at the recently opened Bay Leaf Café, on the southeast corner of Alma School and Chandler Heights roads. The couple, who own Rambha Day Spa & Salon and Freshyo Yogurt in the same building, started the eatery after friends

A benefit for the Si Se Puede Foundation honors the Hispanic community’s many
contributions to the City of Chandler at the Cinco de Mayo Festival & Chihuahua Races 10 a.m. Sat., May 5 at the Chandler Library courtyard in downtown Chandler. The event features Chihuahua races, a beauty pageant and health fair sponsored by
United Healthcare Community Plan. There will be live performances from local bands and dance groups, food, prizes and a parade of vehicles. The Chihuahua races begin at 2 p.m., with prizes given to the winner plus awards for
